3K a year 22 hours ago 22 hours ago 22 hours ago Personal Care Assistant (SHAHBAZ) - NEEDED - DAY & NIGHT SHIFTS 12 HOURS SHIFTS (7A-7P or 7P-7A) As a Shahbaz at our Green House elder care community, you will be an integral member of a self-managed team responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to a small group of elderly residents.
You will play a vital role in creating a warm and home-like environment where residents can thrive, feel respected, and maintain their dignity.
Your dedication to fostering meaningful relationships and ensuring the well-being of our elders will contribute to the success of our mission to redefine senior living.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Provide person-centered care and support to a small group of elderly residents within a Green House home.
Plan and participate in preparing meals for elders within the home.
Plan and engage in meaningful activities that promote social engagement & activities.
Create a comfortable, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
Assist elders with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members to ensure coordinated care.
Collaborate with other Shahbazim and team members in decision-making and problem-solving.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance caregiving skills.
Provide personal care like bathing, grooming, and other daily living activities.
Help residents maintain a clean comfortable living environment.
