This position is for our 2nd shift (3:
30PM-12:
00AM).

As a Packer:
What you will do:
Using checklists, responsible for preparing products for shipment Ensure that products are packaged accurately Inspect and verify products for accuracy and quality before packaging Pack items according to specified instructions and ensure proper labeling Utilize packaging equipment and tools to assist in the packaging process Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow Meet productivity targets and strive for continuous improvement in packaging processes Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines Report any packaging issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor Assist in inventory management by tracking and documenting packaged items.
Additional Qualifications Include:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Must score Silver or higher on NCRC/Work Keys exam.

years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must be willing and able to work overtime as an extension to a normal workday or on weekends, as scheduled.
Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
