These positions are available on our 3rd shift (10PM - 6 AM).
If you possess:
High school diploma or GED 3
months of related work experience Experience operating material handling equipment; forklift certification preferred High attention to detail & organizational skills Basic computer skills Hunter offers 1st shift Material Clerks an hourly starting rate of $20.
40 with opportunities for advancement in level and pay at 90 days.
Shift premium for 3rd shift is an extra $1.
00 per hour.

The Material Clerk receives, stores, and distributes materials, tools, equipment, and products within the plant floor areas.
What you will do:
Observe and follow all safety rules Provide floor support to supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues Maximize use of available storage by consolidating inventory into single locations Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, and color or product code Fill work orders or request for materials, tools, or other stock items and distribute items to production departments Mark materials with identifying information Weigh or count items for distribution within the plant to ensure conformance to company standards; open bales, crates, and other containers Enter inventory-related data into inventory system Operate material handling equipment to transport stored items throughout plant Maintain work area to sustain a clean and orderly environment May train other operators Additional Qualifications Include:
High school diploma or GED is required along with 3
months of relevant experience NCRC/Work Keys Certification of Silver or higher preferred Must be able to operate material handling equipment such as forklift and motorized/manual pallet jacks Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers Computer skills- light data entry Hunter Fosters a Culture of:
