To operate a fully automated Surface Mount Assembly Line, with ownership for the out come of the process.
This entails Quality and Output Integrity of the total line.
1.
Must have hands on experience in the use of computers.
The use of Windows software is also important.
2.
Must be knowledgeable with Electronic Component nomenclature including knowledge of the difference between Through Hole and SMT.
3.
Must be capable of performing to a high Quality standard on a consistent basis.
Must possess an excellent quality record.
4.
Must have good vision or corrected vision that is good.
Operator will be dealing with parts that are as small as 1mm X 3mm.
5.
Operator must have displayed the ability to be highly versatile.
6.
Experience with operating computer controlled machinery is highly desirable.
7.
Must be proficient in hand soldering very small and delicate devices.
8.
Must display strong organizational skills.
9.
Must be capable of analytically troubleshooting their processes.
10.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision, while adhering to procedures, instructions given.
11.
A good attendance record is important.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities Monitor Wave Solder machine performance.
Perform weekly maintenance of machinery.
Perform pre-wave and post-wave inspection of printed circuit boards.
Daily housekeeping of area.
Monitor inventory of Wave supplies.
Perform defect analysis and troubleshooting.
Required Skills:
Strong organizational skills.
Basic computer skills.
Must have knowledge of electronic component nomenclature.
High versatility.
Must possess strong analytical skills in order to troubleshoot processes.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Experience with operation of computer controlled machinery.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
