This is a first shift role, and the hours are 5:
45am-2:
15pm.

As a Machine operator:
What you will do:
Hands-on experience in the use of computers and use of Windows software.
Route and lace cables; Attach hardware and seals assembly.
Replace defective components and wiring.
Repair defective units rejected by inspection or test personnel.
Measure and cut wire, cable, outer jacket on cable, and inner wire on cable to required length.
Strip insulation off inner wires Perform wire termination and crimp terminals on the end of wires both manually and by machine.
Solder terminals and plugs on the ends of wire.
Assemble plugs, connectors, and unique parts onto the cable or wire.
Observe and follows all safety rules.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have hands on experience in the use of computers; use of Windows software is also important.
Must be knowledgeable with Electronic Component nomenclature including knowledge of the difference between Through Hole and SMT.
Must be capable of performing to a high Quality standard on a consistent basis.
Must possess an excellent quality record.
Must have good vision or corrected vision that is good.
Operator will be dealing with parts that are as small as 1mm X 3mm.
Operator must have displayed the ability to be highly versatile.
Experience with operating computer controlled machinery is highly desirable.
Must be proficient in hand soldering very small and delicate devices.
Must display strong organizational skills.
Must be capable of analytically troubleshooting their processes.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision, while adhering to procedures, instructions given.
A good attendance record is important.
Additional Qualifications Include:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
